Energy Alternatives has been chosen to supply Aquarian Heat Pump Water Heaters and solar photovoltaic panels for a home that has qualified for an 8 Homestar™ energy efficiency rating, designed by Ebode, as part of the Matakana Green development project.
The Energy Alternatives solution was selected as being the most economical and practical way to achieve the energy savings and generation capacity the demanding 8 Homestar rating requires.
All thirty-five homes being built at the Matakana Green development will be certified at a minimum of 7 Homestar™.
